Brian Germann and Jack Brodzik have formed The Coastal Beach Team in order to provide a team approach in their new Real Estate career at The Hoffman Group.
Brian joined The Hoffman Group June 2019 embarking on a new career as a REALTOR professional. Originally from Buffalo, New York, Brian invested in a Myrtle Beach condo as a second home in 2011 with the goal of eventually retiring to the area.
Now retired from a corporate manager position and a global leader of Employee Resource Groups, Brian looks forward to using his interpersonal relationship skills and new real estate education to bring buyers and sellers together to realize their personal goals.
